Meet the founder
Sam Henderson MRICS
Founder · Chartered Surveyor
Sam leads Somerhill Group with experience across investment, development and asset management.
He began his career at a FTSE 100 developer, acquiring sites for major regeneration projects, before moving into a senior role at one of the UK's largest privately owned property companies — where he was involved in transactions and asset management across a range of sectors.
Having worked on several hundred million pounds' worth of property deals, Sam combines commercial experience with a hands-on approach: driving income, managing assets and delivering results.
Behind the name
Named after Somerhill House.
Somerhill Group is named after Somerhill House, a Grade I listed Jacobean property in Kent. Its craftsmanship and longevity reflect our focus on quality, attention to detail and long-term value.
